Candy Cane Cocktail Recipe

Surprise your guests with a refreshing cocktail this Christmas!

Serves: 1


  • 3 candy canes
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 7 large ice cubes
  • 3 lemonade ice blocks
  • 90mL vodka
  • Fresh raspberries and mint to garnish


  1. Place candy canes in a ziplock bag and crush
  2. Dip the sides of 2 tall glasses into lemon juice and coat in crushed candy canes
  3. In a blender, place frozen raspberries, 4 ice cubes, ½ the vodka and blitz until well combined
  4. In a clean blender, place 3 lemonade ice blocks, the remaining vodka and 3 ice cubes and blitz until well combined
  5. Layer the raspberry and lemonade mixtures, alternating between the two, to achieve a candy cane effect
  6. Garnish with a straw, mint, fresh raspberries and remaining candy canes
