About the centre

Warners Bay Village, owned by ISPT, is approximately 12 kms south west of Newcastle CBD and 110 kms north of Sydney. The centre is anchored by Coles and complemented by 20 specialty retailers. Warners Bay Village is located on the northern side of John Street with further frontages to Charles Street and Lymington Street in the main town centre and primary retail area of Warners Bay.
